Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if you receive a damaged or incorrect item from Peak Pickleball. If your order arrives damaged or does not match your confirmed purchase, you must follow the return process outlined below.

• Exchanges are permitted only for the exact same item.
  
• Refunds will not be issued if the correct item was delivered as ordered.
  
• Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, exchanges may be considered according to our Exchange Policy.
  

How to Initiate a Return

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Support
   Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a return. Please include your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and photos of both the front and back of the product.
   
2. Wait for Instructions
   Our team will review your request and provide you with the return address and any additional instructions or documentation required.
   
3. Secure Packaging
   Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, if available. If not, use suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.
   
4. Ship the Item
   Send the return using a reliable, trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping proof of shipment for your records.
   
5. Inspection & Processing
   Once received, the returned item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged upon arrival.
  
• We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange if the product does not meet eligibility requirements or is returned outside the approved timeframe.
  

Restocking Fee

• A 30% restocking fee will apply to approved returns.
  
• This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount before processing.
  

Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or personalized products are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
